The workshop focuses on micropolitics, exploring the everyday manifestations of power. It goes beyond leadership and abuse, considering self-interests at all levels. Remarks: In advance of the workshop, participants will receive a preparatory self-reflection exercise and some instructions concerning the online tools to be use. At the end of the first session, participants are encouraged to exercise an optional peace of “homework” in preparation of the session to follow. Thus the learning effect of the workshop as a whole will be increased. Afterwards, a comprehensive script is shared, which includes the lecture notes, references to sources and further reading, and some inspirations for further practical exercises.
